With magix you can get 4 vst’s with their cheapish deluxe version, and 8vsts with their pro version, but there is also cheaper “editions” like hip hop, edm, 80s, and one other that I can’t recall. I’d never say something cobbled together from loops is okay to release, unless you created at least some original stuff for a track, but it’s definitely good for helping push past writer’s block/creative blocks.
